- Directly handling customer complaints in-store. - Providing hospitable service and able to explain product benefits well. - Performing eye examinations such as refraction, visual acuity (visus), binocular vision testing, and contact lens fitting. - Offering eye care consultations to customers. - Conducting urgent lens cutting services directly in-store. - Actively engaging in upselling by recommending suitable premium products and services to meet customer needs. - Compiling and reconciling offline order data. - Placing lens orders on system.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum education from Diploma or Bachelors Degree from other disciplines will also be considered. - Minimum of 1 years experience in the optical industry. - Strong problem-solving abilities, having a certificate in optics or a demonstrated passion for the optical field is an advantage. - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and skilled in upselling. - Proficient in everyday English communication for the workplace. - Familiar with order entry and processing systems and customer oriented. - Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
