- Ensure excellent service and consistently presenting products that meet the highest standards - Lead and motivate floor and kitchen teams (baristas, cashiers included) - Manage team scheduling, attendance, training, and performance - Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control - Analyze sales and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability - Achieve daily TC and APC targets and outlet efficiency goals (COGS, OPEX, Labor Cost, Waste and Spoilage) - Maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally - Collaborate with head office teams (operations, HR, finance, marketing) - Support marketing and local promotions

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality (preferably a cafe or restaurant) - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a team effectively - Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations - Passion for customer service and quality coffee/food - Proficiency in basic administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, budgeting)
