- Serve as the main point of contact in the call centre, coordinating with patients, insurance companies, and medical teams to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate and facilitate medical evacuation services, ensuring all parties are well-informed and procedures are followed accurately. - Maintain clear and professional communication across internal teams and external partners. - Provide real-time updates to stakeholders and ensure that all necessary records are accurate and complete.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelors degree in any field. - Prior experience in a call centre or operations coordination role, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Experience liaising with insurance companies, with a clear understanding of securing payment guarantees. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia additional languages are a plus and will be greatly considered. - Proficiency in using digital communication tools like WhatsApp, email, and medical record systems. - Ability to work well under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
