Role Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to Raffs standards while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen efficiency during busy service periods. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure food is presented consistently and meets quality expectations. Prepare ingredients before service, including cutting, portioning, marinating, and stocking stations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Check food quality and freshness before use. Assist with kitchen opening and closing procedures. Support other team members when required during busy periods.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Requirements Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
