- Design and execute innovative menus, daily specials, and seasonal dishes that align with the restaurants concept. - Inspect food preparation and presentation to ensure all dishes meet the highest quality and taste standards before serving. - Ensure culinary consistency and adapt to customer feedback or dietary requirements quickly.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum 2 years experience as Head Chef - Experience in hospitality, lounge, restaurant, or nightlife concepts - Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation - Able to create new menus and Instagrammable dishes - Understanding of Mediterranean, Modern European, Russian, or Ukrainian cuisine is a plus - Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
