Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The IT Assistant is a key role in any project team or technical organisation. The job holder ensures that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the IT manager in the delivery of the specific piece of work or project. Maintains systems, databases and web pages, Designs and produces basic reports for new tech implementation, Having the skills to manager servers through CPANEL, Having all the skills to work on Wordpress website, Manage the CSS & HTML + other codes related customization, Being in charge of the new plugins, Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate, Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required | Additional tasks: Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager, Working closely with the IT manager in the process of the creation of our new mobile app, Being the manager for the implementation of our ERP system, Tech support for marketing purposes (pop up, banners, automated windows depending on the customers status, etc…)

Syarat Pekerjaan

Two or more years of related experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment. May require the knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operation systems. May be tested on appropriate computer skills as required. English speaking is a must.
