- Oversee daily operations of the padel facility and restaurant. - Ensure smooth coordination between sports, reception, and FandB teams. Implement SOP service standards, and operational policies. - Monitor financial performance, scheduling, and inventory control. - Handle customer escalations and ensure exceptional guest experience. - Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality service.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- 3-5 years of experience in operations (sports facility, hotel, or FandB). - Excellent English communication skills. - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. - Well-groomed, confident, and hospitality-driven. - Knowledge in budgeting, scheduling, and SOP
