- Ensure excellent service and consistently presenting products that meet the highest standards - Lead and motivate floor and kitchen teams (baristas, cashiers included) - Manage team scheduling, attendance, training, and performance - Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control - Analyze sales and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability - Achieve daily TC and APC targets and outlet efficiency goals (COGS, OPEX, Labor Cost, Waste and Spoilage) - Maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally - Collaborate with head office teams (operations, HR, finance, marketing) - Support marketing and local promotions
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Creativity of West Java - Minimum education Bachelors Degree (Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary preferred) - At least have 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills - Solid knowledge of kitchen and floor operations - Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic inventory/purchasing tools - Experienced in managing KPIs and sales targets - Willing to work in Bandung, West Java, with shift schedules
