Syarat Pekerjaan

Age between 25-32 years old, Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree in Psychology or equivalent, Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the human resource or other related field, Have a good understanding of using Microsoft Office or any other Management Software, Have a good attitude and willing to learn, Have a high responsibility in order to work with a deadline, Ability to work independently and effectively supervise, Proactive, attention to detail and has a strong sense of integrity!, Friendly and Bright Attitudes, An Active Listeners, Empathetic Professionals, Ethical Individuals and have a good understandings of People's Body Language, Ability to handle People's emotional and behavioral issues, Excellent People Management, Problem Solving and Communication Skills, Have an experience and a good understanding in the application of HR concepts, processes, rules and instrument Fluent in English both spoken and written | Application letter in English will be Prioritized
