- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. - Strong background in day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, front office, FansB, and maintenance coordination. - At least 2-3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or resort operations (supervisory role preferred).
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Excellent leadership and team management skills able to supervise and motivate staff effectively. - Skilled in problem-solving, handling guest complaints and operational challenges efficiently and professionally. - Knowledge of property management systems, booking platforms, and basic financial reporting is an advantage. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth daily operations. - Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
