Indonesia’s leading bilingual legal information provider, Legal Centric, is enjoying strong business growth and is looking to fill the position of Senior Sales & Marketing as it expands its services.
As the Senior Sales & Marketing with Legal Centric Indonesia (LCI), you would work together with the LCI Sales Team and would have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of our leading edge bilingual online information services. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption and market penetration across Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will possess a sales background that enables him or her to drive adoption of the service at a senior Legal/Tax/Finance Head level while being tech-savvy and passionate about technology in the workplace. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute an ambitious sales plan. Sales/Team Management experience is a definite asset.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue and market share in Indonesia
- Impact market awareness in the Indonesia market
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Legal Centric services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Possess the tech ability to explain how our online services are delivered
- Work with the administrative staff and the programmer on developing improvements to the website
- Develop case studies
- Draft various sales reports
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction, provide customer feedback to inhouse teams
- Possess the ability and/or experience to grow and manage the sales team
Requirements / Qualifications :
- Indonesian Citizen
- 5+ years of media, software, tech, internet or related sales experience
- Track record of meeting and exceeding established sales goals
- Proficiency in the use of email and LinkedIn and Twitter, with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong English language ability, native in Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mindset
- Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
- Knowledge of CRM programs such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Experience in managing and building a sales team is a definite advantage
- Outgoing character essential
