- Responsible for the food production process in the kitchen - Prepare food ingredients for the cooking process with quality and quantity according to request - Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards - Responsible for storing food ingredients in accordance with hygiene and HACCP standards - Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment/equipment

- Experience - Ability to work well in a team - Excellent listening and communication skills - excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections - Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation - Pasion for delivering great food and service - Multitasking and organicational ability - Able to speak English would be a plus
