- Support the Head Chef in menu testing, recipe development, and team training Supervise daily kitchen operations and lead the team when required - Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes - Manage stock, market lists, and receiving ingredients - Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety - Fluent in English Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
